Eric Beverly and the Sunday Best create a unique blend of rock, soul, folk, and blues. Based in Austin and rooted in childhood friendship, the band released its debut album “The Sunday Best” in May 2010. CDBaby’s Music Discovery Podcast calls Eric “a great rocking songwriter.” Through Eric’s involvement in the House of Songs, he has co-written songs with a number of international artists including Claudia Scott, Nana Schwartzlose, Steven MacDougall, Bo Bech Christiansen, Maria Guttesen, Lene Drachmann, Mike Højgaard, Albert Raft Rasmussen, and Kristian Harting.
The House of Songs invites talented musicians from various countries to collaborate, then helps them share their work with audiences around the world.

10:00: Dart Music International presents: Johnny Goudie
http://www.facebook.com/johnny.goudie
Johnny is a rock & roll musician in Austin who plays with bands Liars And Saints as well as Skyrocket. He also plays solo gigs around town and is working on a new EP. Johnny's podcast "How Did I Get Here?" is one of the most popular programs with Austin music people these days. He played at the first big event I ever produced, and it's a real thrill to have him round out this summer series. Catch up with him at http://www.howdidigethere.podbean.com/

219 West is a 21+ establishment featuring award-winning food, spectacular daily happy hour specials, and a commitment to live music on West 6th Street.
